Hour 1:  Assessment Session (90  minutes):

We'll dive deep into your food logs, eating patterns, and lifestyle to identify the hidden metabolic blockers keeping you stuck. I'll share targeted nutrition recommendations focusing on hormonal health, cholesterol, metabolism boosting, and that stubborn midlife midsection weight.

30 Minute Break

Hour 2: Game Plan Session – Strategy (90 minutes):

We will put together your personalized plan including: nutrition guidelines, movement strategies, strength training recommendations based on you lifestyle. We'll troubleshoot potential challenges (mental, physical, emotional). I'll provide proven behavior change tools and set up clear, actionable goals with personal habit-tracking systems to keep you accountable and on track.
