PREP & QUESTIONNAIRE:

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake and 3-day lifestyle log so I can see exactly what’s working — and what’s not. With this information, we can identify the pieces behind your symptoms: blood sugar imbalances, cortisol overload, hormone and metabolism shifts.

 

ASSESSMENT Session (90  minutes):

We’ll take a deep dive and look at labs, if you have them (A1C, cholesterol, hormones), go through your questionnaire and journal to map out what your body’s actually telling you and what's missing. We’ll rebuild your nutrition, movement, and a plan that works for you.

 

BEHAVIOR STRATEGY Session – Strategy (90 minutes):

This is where most programs stop — but this is where real change actually starts. We’ll use brain-based tools to design healthy habits that make the changes easier. Anchor habits, environment cue design, mindset rewires, tools to reduce overwhelm, stress eating, and “I’ll start again Monday” cycles- all to make consistency easier.


You’ll leave with your Behavior Blueprint — because strategy > willpower.
